I’m not gonna deny that I spent a lot of effort for this trip to materialize and work. Finally, mother agreed to my plan. I’ve been craving beach for almost a year.. imagine? haha okay, don’t judge me. I’m not a beach bum girl because I’m not used to swim or it’s not really my hilig, I’d rather enjoy exploring the place than to dip my body to salt water. We left Muntinlupa around 3:30am since we knew na maraming magpupunta kasi nga holiday that time. a lot of mishaps happened. my brother suggested that we go to Zambales, my sister suggested that we go to calatagan but to my mother’s dismay we stick to the original plan haha.
Prior to that, we’ve been looking for a cheap resort online. most of the resort in batangas are fully booked, so, we’re luckily enough to find White Cove Resort. my sister called them to reserved 2 cottages for us. I was really excited to go there since I’ve heard a lot of good things about resorts in Laiya. but to my expectations the place is not really picturesque, maybe it’s too crowded. before we go there, I search for White cove if there’s a good place to have photoshoot, marami namang nabigay si google like; there’s a tree house near to the beach, a wood bridge, etc. but when I was there, I never saw it (I was really disappointed). after 3 hours of travelling, finally we reached White Cove at 6:30am, pero hindi pa sila nagpapapasok kasi wala pa daw office staff sa loob. almost 1 hour and 30 minutes kami nag antay wala pa din. My mother was relly annoyed, muntik na kami umalis and cancel the reservation buti nagpapasok sila. after we leaved our things in our cottages, we started cooking foods for our lunch. before going to swim we explore the place and took some pictures.
I saw this online and I made sure that I’m not going to leave the place without taking picture of it. haha (don’t judge me).
we decided to go back to our cottage and changed our clothes into swimming attires haha. took another bunch of photos again, before we hit the beach.
it reminds me so much of Nagsasa and Anawangin in Zambales though I’ve never been there and I’m planning to go there this year. I did enjoy the beach though it was really raining so hard that day, but it didn’t stop us and enjoy the beach. it was cold and the water is really warm (just the way i like it). after an hour of swim, me, chanelle, oxy and my sister decided to eat lunch at magbanlaw na. to my disheartened, the sun is already out haha what is malas? its been raining cats and dogs habang naliligo kami. 🙄
after we cleaned ourselves we just decided to have “photoshoot” as what chanelle says. we used my phone and jezel’s phone.
I taught them how to take photos like a pro, and here’s the example that I showed to them hahaha. were laughing the whole time.
after our “obligatory tourist-y” shoot we went back to our cottage and eat junk foods. we are very sorry to our kidneys huhu. we just talked there and enjoyed each other’s comapany. we decided to take another walked again and took pictures. here are sone photos I took.
3:30pm we decided to leaved the place since we need to travel another 3 hours. I slept the entire travel while listening to the music. sure, the placeis not really picturesque but the people I’m with makes it more beautiful and our kwentos. to more adventures to come.
